By booking Naturally Jek Photography and paying the non-refundable booking fee, you as the client are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Image Style & Editing Process
The client acknowledges that they are familiar with our style, and that our work is continually evolving with a unique and artistic nature. The photos taken may differ from those taken in the past, and Naturally Jek Photography will use its expertise and artistic judgment to create images that align with the vision of the wedding, which may differ from the client’s vision. Our editing process includes cropping and color grading of all selected images in Lightroom. However, our prices do not cover advanced editing/retouching such as removal of pimples, scars, double chins, or distracting elements. Additional editing may be requested, and a fee per image will be quoted upon request. This fee must be accepted prior to any work being carried out.

Pricing
All packages are priced to include a local travel fee (unless otherwise indicated), session shoot duration, equipment and business coverage, and my editing style. Travel fees for out-of-area photoshoots will be quoted separately upon enquiry.

Payment Requirements
All prices are outlined under the ‘package’ tab. Once an invoice is sent, the client has 7 days to make their booking payment to secure the date and photoshoot at that price. Failure to do so will result in the date becoming available to other clients, and price changes. For lifestyle packages (all non-wedding related packages offered by Naturally Jek Photography), a retainer of $100 secures your booking. The remainder of the client’s chosen photography collection is due 7 days prior to the photoshoot date. Failure to make full payment within 7 days may result in compromising your photoshoot and the loss of your retainer. Payment details are sent via invoice through email and on the Wedding Booking Form. Failure to make payment within the allocated timeframe may result in postponement or cancellation of your session.

Safety
Naturally Jek Photography reserves the right to terminate coverage and leave the location of the photoshoot/event if the photographer experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile, or offensive behavior from anyone at the photoshoot/event, or if the photographer’s safety is in question. If Naturally Jek Photography leaves the photoshoot/event under these circumstances, Naturally Jek Photography will not be liable to refund any amount to the client, but will provide the client with photographs taken prior to leaving the photoshoot/event.

Session Times and Late Clients
Naturally Jek Photography will arrive promptly to the session or before the scheduled start time. If the weather is rainy and prevents the session from going ahead, Jekka will contact the client to reschedule or change the location. If clients are late in arriving, this will impact the session and how many images can be delivered. Most sessions are scheduled during “Golden Hour,” which is the hour before sunset. Once the sun sets, the lack of light may prevent the session from continuing. There is no guarantee that sessions will be extended if clients are late, nor will a refund or partial refund be given.

Reschedule/Cancellation
The retainer that holds your date is non-refundable. Should you no longer require Naturally Jek Photography after making a booking, the retainer will not be refunded. All other monies paid to Naturally Jek Photography, except the retainer, will be refunded if more than one month’s notice is given. Notice given within one month will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule and notice is given within one month of your photoshoot date, a rescheduling fee of $100 will apply. If the weather prevents the photoshoot from occurring, the rescheduling fee will not apply. This is at the discretion of Naturally Jek Photography due to the weather-sensitive equipment required. If Naturally Jek Photography experiences an emergency that prevents them from providing the agreed service, a full refund will be issued.

Copyright
Copyright in the photographs is retained by Naturally Jek Photography for private, domestic, and personal use only. Any sale or commercial use must receive written approval from Naturally Jek Photography. Naturally Jek Photography asserts all rights attached to the photographs, and the client does not have the right to edit, change, add to, take from, alter, or otherwise amend the photographs without prior written consent from Naturally Jek Photography, except in the case of cropping an image. The client may submit images to their vendors for social media use or “real weddings” sections of websites, magazines, and blogs; however, a credit to Naturally Jek Photography must be given in the form of either a social media handle or direct website link. The social media handle is @naturallyjek.photography, and the website link is www.naturallyjek.com.

Client Responsibility
Once the product/gallery has been delivered, it is the client’s responsibility to download and back up these images. After delivery, Naturally Jek Photography is not required to store or retain the images. The online gallery will be available for a minimum of 2 months, after which it may no longer be accessible. After this period, Naturally Jek Photography is not responsible for gallery retention and is not liable for any loss of images on the client’s behalf. Upon delivery of the proofs, the client has seven (7) days to make their selection before the gallery expires. After the seven days, a re-upload fee of $40 will apply to extend the selection period by another 7 days. Once the client’s favorites are selected, they must notify Naturally Jek Photography via email to confirm their selection.

Image Use (Optional)
Naturally Jek Photography may use the photographs for advertising or promoting their work. This is optional, and the client must inform Naturally Jek Photography in writing if they do not wish to have their images used for any advertising or promotion.
